ASB Officer Required

Venn Group are looking for a ASB  Officer for a Housing Charity in Leicester

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for leading the case management of antisocial behaviour, hate crime, domestic abuse, tenancy fraud to ensure that the communities that we serve are safe and secure.
  • Develop proactive relationships with partners, such as police crime commissioners, crime and disorder partnerships, local authority enforcement agencies, community safety teams, dog warden services, noise teams and operational policing units, focusing on positive local outcomes.
  • Work in partnership with agencies to ensure sustainable communities; to support and safeguard customers to sustain and manage their tenancies, with an early intervention and prevention ethos, referring to support and advice services.
  • Determine appropriate action and utilise all available action in managing antisocial behaviour.
  • Deliver preventative measures tailored towards the needs of customers, promoting mediation early on cases of neighbour disputes and non-statutory noise complaints.
  • Provide support to customers and complainants by safeguarding or signposting.
  • Assessing the needs of all parties by completing Equality Act reviews in line with legislation.
  • Responsible for day-to-day case management of serious anti-social behaviour cases, ensuring strong case management and investigation.
  • Draft witness statements, progress all cases to court, developing files, attending court.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstratable experience in a similar role
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Own vehicle
