SF Recruitments are working with well-established construction company based in Leicester who are seeking an experienced Payroll Assistant to join their business as soon as possible. You will be assisting the Payroll Manager with a large Payroll and supporting the Accounts team with Purchase Ledger duties where required.
Payroll & Accounts Administrator

Duties:
- Assist Payroll manager with all end-to-end payrolls
- Deal with payroll queries
- Run payroll reports
- Update and maintain payroll records
- Pension administration
- Payroll reconciliation
- Matching, checking and coding invoices
- Set up new supplier accounts
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Resolve general queries
Ideal candidate:
- 2 years’ experience end to end Payroll
- Accounts experience, particularly Purchase Ledger
- Calm under pressure, dealing with high volumes and high value
- Strong communicator at all levels of the business
- Excellent time management and organisation
