Job Duties:
  • Processing payroll for employees accurately and timely
  • Maintaining and updating payroll records
  • Handling purchase invoices and reconciling with purchase orders
  • Preparing and processing payment runs
  • Dealing with payroll and purchase ledger queries
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in payroll and purchase ledger functions
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • SAGE experiience (desireable)
  • Good understanding of payroll legislation and processes
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
