Payroll Administrator | Up to £26,000 | Global Industry Leader

The Role

This position is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background, or a recent graduate/apprentice keen to begin a career in payroll. The company provides excellent training and support, including the opportunity to gain CIPP qualifications, offering a solid foundation for a rewarding career in payroll and HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and maintain payroll data, using Excel to manage complex data sets.
  • Handle payroll-related queries and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and analysis for the management team.
  • Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure efficient payroll operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • A detail-oriented individual with strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and the ability to manage large volumes of data.
  • A proactive approach, with a desire to learn and develop in the payroll field.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
