  • Represent the company with professionalism, handling frontline communications.
  • Play a key role in the operations team, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.
  • Manage supplier accounts, including invoice matching, coding, and reconciliation.
  • Resolve outstanding supplier queries efficiently through effective communication.
  • Support the payroll manager by running end-to-end payrolls and managing payroll-related queries.
  • Administer employee benefits, ensuring accurate deductions for schemes like Cycle2Work and Perkbox.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team to support various initiatives.
