RECfinancial are currently short listing for this returning client as they look to recruit a Payroll Administrator to their perfectly formed team. This role will see you sit firmly within Payroll and report through to a passionate and caring Payroll Manager. Based not far from the City Centre, this role is certainly not one to be missed. Whats The Role?

  • Based in Leicester, this role will also be a hybrid position once your system ready. This won't take long either.
  • Youll be work with acaring team, wholl support you and each other
  • Start to finish processing of set monthly payrolls.
  • Updating and maintaining payroll records.
  • Liaising with colleagues and management on payroll related queries.
  • Payroll administration setting up new starters, leavers, transfers, absence entry and filing etc.
  • Calculation and payment of termination payments.
  • Processing increases and calculating back pay.
  • Calculating annual leave accruals.

Who Do They Want?

  • Someone with, drive, passion, enthusiasm, personality and above all, a can-do attitude.
  • Knowledge of Tax and NI would be great.
  • Ideally at least 12 months in a Payroll position.
  • A desire to work with an amazing business who continue to grow.
