Macildowie is excited to be partnering with a trusted client in Leicester forest east looking for a dedicated Payroll and Accounts Administrator to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Payroll manager with all end-to-end payrolls
  • Deal with payroll queries
  • Run payroll reports
  • Update and maintain payroll records
  • Pension administration
  • Payroll reconciliation
  • Matching, checking and coding invoices
  • Set up new supplier accounts
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Resolve general queries

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience within Payroll and Accounts Payable
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
