We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the payroll team as an apprentice. This role is perfect for someone at the start of their career, keen to develop practical skills and gain valuable qualifications in payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the payroll team with data entry and maintaining payroll records.
• Assisting in resolving payroll queries and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Learning to prepare payroll reports and assist with payroll processing.
• Working closely with HR and Finance teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of payroll operations.

What We're Looking For:

• A proactive and eager-to-learn individual with a keen interest in payroll.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and strong organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to develop in a structured training environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
