The Role

We're seeking a Payroll Associate with hands-on experience in payroll processing and administration. This role involves similar duties to the Payroll Administrator position but requires a deeper understanding of payroll practices and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate end-to-end payroll processing and management of payroll records using Excel.
  • Resolving payroll queries and ensuring adherence to company policies and legislation.
  • Preparing and analysing payroll reports for the management team.
  • Collaborating closely with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in payroll administration, with a strong grasp of payroll systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel and the ability to manage complex data sets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
