Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Job Description:
Trident Healthcare are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Locum Oncology Pharmacist to join our clients team at a prestigious private hospital in Leicester for the entire month of December. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert pharmaceutical care to oncology patients, ensuring the safe and effective use of chemotherapy and other cancer treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense and manage oncology medications, including chemotherapy.
- Provide clinical advice and support to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Monitor patient therapy and manage any adverse effects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and protocols.
Requirements:
- Must be SACT Accredited or hold a BOPA Passport.
- Proven experience in oncology pharmacy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
