This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience before pursuing your Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).Key Responsibilities:Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and supporting students with their learning.Provide one-on-one support to children with various needs.Foster a calm and caring atmosphere conducive to learning and personal growth.Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.Help with classroom management and administrative tasks as needed.Requirements:A degree from a UK university; an education-related degree is preferred but not essential.A current DBS check on the update service, or willingness to obtain one.A calm, caring demeanor with a genuine passion for supporting children.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Flexibility and willingness to adapt to various student needs.A driving license is preferred, or willingness to travel via public transport.Why Join Us?
