We are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join our partnered schools team in Market Bosworth!About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide vital support to primary school children, helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing environment. This position is also available in nearby towns with partnered schools, offering flexibility in location.Key Responsibilities:Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and supporting individual students.Provide one-on-one and small group support to children with various needs.Create a calm and caring atmosphere conducive to learning.Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.Help with classroom management and administrative tasks as needed.Requirements:Relevant qualifications from the UK and/or at least 2 years of experience working in a UK school. (Applicants without these qualifications or experience will be rejected.)A current DBS check on the update service, or willingness to obtain one.An education-related degree is preferred but not essential.A calm and caring demeanor with a genuine commitment to supporting children.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the needs of diverse learners.A driving license is preferred, or willingness to travel via public transport.Why Join Us?
