My client is seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor to cover Leicestershire for a reputable organization.
The ideal candidate should have experience in surveying social housing stock.
Key responsibilities include writing reports on properties and assisting with regular stock audits.
The position offers a high daily rate and the possibility of payment outside through CIS.
This is a full-time role requiring five days of work per week.

My client is on the lookout for a Stock Condition Surveyor to cover Leicestershire with a well respected organisation. Our client are looking for an experienced stock condition surveyor to work on their social housing stock.

Responsibilities of the Stock Condition Surveyor role:

Write up reports of the properties and relay information back to the manager
Assist with the completion of regular stock audits to ensure properties are developed and managed effectively
Collate detailed stock condition information
