With a mission to provide quality, safe, affordable housing that build great foundations for their customers, their Homeownership team are critical to ensuring their leasehold elderly residents are supported and living independently.

As a Scheme Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing their scheme which consists of 35 properties, supporting their customers to live the life they choose to live, whilst providing a localised and dedicated service with an added personal touch.

  • Manage the scheme in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring that a safe, secure, well-kept and pleasant environment is maintained.

  • Oversee the welfare of their residents that will enable them to live independently, whilst also providing a calm and attentive response in the event of an emergency.

  • Take on the management of service delivery, with particular attention to housing management and maintenance issues.

  • Engaging residents and developing a tight knit community spirit through the facilitation of regular social events and activities.

  • Promote good communication between residents and their families, the Group and their approved service providers.

Their Scheme Manager position is based on-site and contracted to 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 4 hours a day. The scheme is attractively landscaped and is conveniently situated with easy access into Leicester City centre. Close to various local amenities, the scheme is also well served by local public transport, with the nearest bus-stop just a 3-minute walk away.

To be successful in application for their Scheme Manager position, you’ll have a customer focused background with the ability to engage residents whilst holding basic digital skills (Microsoft Office, etc). You will need to have a full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle.
