I am recruiting for a Project Manager in Leicester for a well-respected main contractor specializing in facade and fire remediation projects.
This permanent role offers a salary of up to £70,000 along with a car allowance and pension benefits.
Candidates should have a trades background or an HNC in Construction Management and experience managing facade and fire remediation projects from start to finish.
Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Additionally, applicants must hold an SMSTS certification, be first aid qualified, and possess a CSCS card at the Manager level.

I am recruiting for a Project Manager in Leicester, this is a permanent roles working for a well-respected main contractor on facade & fire remediation projects. Responsibilities

Reporting into the Project Director
Pre-construction work through to completion
Liaison with client and external consultants
Responsible for the programme and managing the site team

Requirements

Trades background or HNC in Construction Management
Experience working for Faade & Fire remediation projects start to finish
Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office
Excellent Communication skills both written and verbally
Background working for a main contractor
Knowledge of building process, including general Building Regulations
SMSTS
First aid qualified
CSCS card holder at Manager level
Safety trained in Construction Site Safety
