Our client are keen to appoint a highly organised, confident and customer focused Administrator, with a view to transitioning into a Property Manager to join their small team!

  • £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
  • LE2, driving license essential
  • Monday to Friday - 9am - 5:30pm and two Saturdays per month - 9am - 2pm

Responsibilities (full training provided):

  • Provide property management and tenancy support services to landlords and tenants
  • Undertake property management duties with a particular focus on coordinating property maintenance
  • Ensure that all properties comply with current legislation (EPC’s, Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Safety Certificates, PAT Testing)
  • Attend inventories, check ins, routine inspections and check outs
  • Liaise with contractors/outsourcing resources to ensure repair/maintenance works are carried out to a satisfactory standard and timescale
  • Draw up a schedule of costs based on checkout report

Skills & Experience:

  • Up to date knowledge of legislation regarding property management
  • Previous property management/maintenance experience necessary
  • Able to work as part of a team, supporting other team members and recognising the work of others
  • Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Articulate, professional and well accustomed to a client facing role
