Our client are keen to appoint a highly organised, confident and customer focused Property Manager to join their small team!
This is the ideal opportunity for a Property Manager who is looking to progress their career in Residential Lettings.
- £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
- LE2, driving license essential
- Monday to Friday - 9am - 5:30pm and two Saturdays per month - 9am - 2pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide property management and tenancy support services to landlords and tenants
- Undertake property management duties with a particular focus on coordinating property maintenance
- Ensure that all properties comply with current legislation (EPC’s, Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Safety Certificates, PAT Testing)
- Attend inventories, check ins, routine inspections and check outs
- Liaise with contractors/outsourcing resources to ensure repair/maintenance works are carried out to a satisfactory standard and timescale
- Draw up a schedule of costs based on checkout report
Skills & Experience:
- Up to date knowledge of legislation regarding property management
- Previous property management/maintenance experience necessary
- Able to work as part of a team, supporting other team members and recognising the work of others
- Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Articulate, professional and well accustomed to a client facing role
