We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Lettings Valuer to join our client's dynamic property team. As a Lettings Valuer, you will play a key role in our lettings department by valuing properties, building strong relationships with landlords and ensuring a seamless process for letting properties. This position is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the property market and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:

Conduct accurate and professional property valuations for rental purposes.

Provide expert advice to landlords on market trends and achievable rental income.

Prepare and present valuation reports to potential landlords.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, offering expert advice and support.
- ???????Address queries and concerns, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Work to secure new business opportunities through networking and proactive marketing.
- Stay updated on local market trends, rental demand and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the lettings team to market properties effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a lettings or property-related role.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market and current rental trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a busy workload..
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
