Procurement Administrator Leicester LE4 Permanent £27,000 - £35,000 DOE

We’re looking for a Procurement and Facilities Administrator to join a growing projects team in Leicester. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and keen to be part of a fast-moving business.

Our client is a leading provider of energy solutions, managing supply and installation projects for businesses across the UK. With projects ranging from £100k to £2 million, they take pride in delivering high-quality work while maintaining strong safety standards. They also invest heavily in their team, offering ongoing training and development to help you grow in your career.

Role Responsibilities- Maintain supply chain systems for planning and reporting. - Ensure ethical, compliant procurement. - Manage supplier selection, evaluation, and contracts. - Oversee engineer training and health and safety compliance. - Lead internal health and safety training. - Conduct site audits and issue RAMS. - Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 as Principal Contractor. - Investigate and document incidents. - Manage vehicle and equipment servicing. - Ensure staff have appropriate PPE.

Skills & Qualifications Required- Strong communication skills at all levels. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Minimum Grade 5 GCSE in English and Maths. - IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications (preferred but not essential). - Experience in procurement and contract negotiation. - Problem-solving and solution implementation skills. - Knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practises. - Knowledge of building construction and associated trades (desirable).
