Vacancy: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Guildford, GU1
Salary: OTE £35k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
An exciting opportunity for an experienced negotiator with experience in residential lettings, to join an established, multi -faceted Independent Estate Agency based in the Guildford area.
The company are looking for an individual with the right attitude, energy and enthusiasm and will consider a range of experience options and pay accordingly. The most important factor is how keen the individual is to be successful and be a winner.
Local knowledge would be helpful and you will need to have a full UK driving licence and your own car.
The Company: Our client is a forward thinking, successful, dynamic independent Sales and Lettings agency, well known in the local area and with an expanding business portfolio.
Skills required for this Lettings / Senior Lettings Negotiatorrole will include:
- Previous residential lettings experience
- Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Guildford and surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
