Fully Remote Conveyancer Role

I am representing a leading national conveyancing team seeking a fully remote Conveyancer to join its dynamic team. You will be responsible for independently managing a caseload of approximately 100 files, covering a variety of transactions including freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties.
In addition to a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, this role offers an exceptional bonus scheme of up to £15,000, with the majority of fee earners averaging around £10,000+.
Key Responsibilities:
You will handle a substantial caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties. As your manager assesses your progress, there may be opportunities to expand your case portfolio.
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong communication, problem-solving and financial analysis skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Desirable:
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- Familiarity with Visual Files and Practice Manager systems
