Receptionist

£24,000 - £25,000 per annum

Full Time, Permanent (8:30am - 5:15pm)

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Administrative Support. In this key role, you will help maintain the smooth operation of a busy reception and assist with administrative duties. If you are motivated, forward-thinking and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answering and directing phone calls to the correct team members, providing information and assistance where needed.
  • Assisting the Admin department with time-sensitive tasks such as filing, data entry and document preparation, ensuring high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Performing health and safety checks as required.
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, scheduling appointments and ensuring meeting spaces are set up with required equipment and materials.
  • Processing invoices and expenses on behalf of the Admin team, liaising with the finance department when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-organised and able to meet deadlines.
