Accounts Senior required. My client is a well-established firm of chartered accountants based in Leicester, and due to recent growth are seeking an Accounts Senior to join their friendly and welcoming team. They provide a range of services to their clients, including; audit, accountancy, advisory and tax services.

Accounts Senior Job Overview
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring all work is completed in a timely manner
- Prepare annual accounts and tax computations for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
- Prepare management accounts on a quarterly/monthly basis
- Prepare VAT returns
- Support and develop the more junior members of staff
- Ensure to deliver an excellent level of customer service, managing and exceeding client expectations
Suitable candidates must have previous experience working in an accountancy practice and will be ACA/ACCA fully qualified or qualified by experience.

- Previous experience working in an accountancy practice environment
- Must be computer literate (particularly Microsoft Office)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and thrives on exceeding client expectations
- Ability to work well within a team
Accounts Senior Salary & Benefits
- 33,000-38,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- 34 days annual leave - including bank holidays
- Hybrid working available (two days at home/three in the office)
