Benefits Account Manager (Remote Working)

East Midlands

Up to 35,000 depending on experience

We have an exciting opportunity for a Benefits Account Manager to join our client a fast growing, Financial Services company.

You will assist the financial advisors with the establishment of employee benefits within the SME and mid-corporate sector. This will involve adding and removing individuals from all benefits and conducting pension uploads with various pension providers.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years Account Management experience with knowledge dealing with group pensions, group risk (GCIC, GLA, GIP), health and wellbeing
  • Great attention to detail
  • Proficient experience using Microsoft packages in particular Excel

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting financial services advisors to ensure the clients needs are always met
  • Providing clients with on-going workplace pension scheme administration as well as the management of group risk and healthcare
  • Dealing with clients, HR and Payroll services by telephone, email and face to face
  • Answering employee queries e.g adding dependants to Healthcare plans, changing pension contributions, calculation P11d tax costings for Healthcare plans
  • Dealing with all client requests in a timely and professional manner
