Business Development Manager

Midlands / North Region

Excellent Basic Package + Uncapped OTE

First Call Contract Services are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to help develop our clients paving and flooring business covering the Midlands and Northern regions.

This is a key sales and marketing role looking after the Midlands & Northern region for the company.

Ideally candidates will have a good understanding of the consumer construction industry, including paving and outdoor flooring.

Candidate duties will include:

  • Arranging and attending business to business sales meetings
  • To build lasting business relationships with new and existing clients and companies
  • To manage a daily, weekly and monthly sales pipeline and diary
  • Attend regular service meetings with current clients
  • To visit customers and make them aware of a product range, stock levels and outdoor porcelain designs
  • Secure and process orders from customers
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers
  • Actively target key B2B customers, independent builders merchant and landscape companies

Ideally we are looking for candidates that have a background or experience of construction or trade sales and an experience of paving and outdoor flooring.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm however an element of flexibility is needed during peak periods.

Basic starting salary is DOE, industry leading packages are available with excellent OTE's and a car allowance option and company benefits.
