The Role

The Business Development Manager will focus on driving sales and building strategic partnerships within the rail industry. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting our solutions, and closing deals that enhance rail infrastructure.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the rail sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including rail operators, contractors, and industry regulators.
  • Develop and execute tailored business development strategies to meet the unique needs of the rail industry.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure our solutions meet industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and network with potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

The Candidate

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the rail or transportation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cable management solutions and their applications in rail systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
