Job Description:As a Business Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students in Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. You will inspire students to develop a strong understanding of business concepts and prepare them for academic and career success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Business Studies.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to engage students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for examinations and coursework.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Business Studies or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Business Studies at the secondary level.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
