Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student progress
- Monitor and assess student development, providing feedback and guidance

Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working in alternative provisions, special education, or similar settings
- Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and behaviour management strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students facing various challenges
