Our client, Leicestershire County Council, is seeking a part-time Team Manager for its Duty & Assessment team based at County Hall (LE3 8RA) which has great transport links to the West and East Midlands.

The pay rate is £40 - £45 umbrella.

Details of the role involve:

  • Looking for an experienced team manager that has a track record in a busy duty and assessment team and court work in the initial stages.
  • This is a part-time role
  • It’s 22.5 hours which can be worked Mon-Weds or Weds-Fri.
  • Expected in the office one week out of every 5 and once a week for duty and as required to fulfil requirements of managing a small team.

Requirements of the role:

  • Qualified Social Worker
  • Fully Social Work England registered
  • Must have significant experience in children’s social care with a specialism in Duty & Assessment
  • Must have experience as a Team Manager
