Our client, Leicestershire County Council, is seeking 2 AMHPs for its Core AMHP team.
The pay rate is £40 umbrella.

Details of the role:
- The role would be within our Core AMHP team, doing AMHP work only.
- We operate two shift patterns, 08:30 -17:00 and 12:00 to 20:00.
- Any time above these hours will accrue TOIL to be taken on admin days.
- AMHPs in the core team work Monday to Friday and are on rota 3 times a week.
- The other two days are follow-up/ admin time but Core AMHPs are expected to be available to pick up assessments on admin days if we have exceptional demand.
Requirements of the role:
- Qualified Social Worker
- Fully Social Work England registered
- Must be a qualified Approved Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP) with sufficient experience to be able to pick up the role quickly.
- You can be warranted by Leicestershire during your time with them, or if you are already warranted by another local authority they can liaise with the warranting authority to ask if you can practice for them on that warrant.
