About the Child Protection Team:The Child Protection Team plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children facing risk. As a Social Worker, you will:Conduct assessments and investigations to identify risks and develop intervention plans.Work closely with families, schools, healthcare professionals, and other agencies.Develop and implement child protection plans to ensure the safety of children.Attend case conferences, legal proceedings, and strategy meetings as required.Keep detailed and accurate records in compliance with statutory guidelines.
What You Need:A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.Registration with Social Care England.Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation, risk assessment, and case management.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and advocacy skills.A commitment to making a real difference in children's lives.
