About the Children & Family Team:The Children & Family Team provides vital support to children, young people, and their families, ensuring their safety and well-being. As a Social Worker, you will:
Work directly with children and families to assess needs and provide tailored support.Develop and implement care plans that promote positive family relationships and child protection.Collaborate with multi-agency professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.Conduct home visits, attend case conferences, and provide detailed reports.Advocate for children's rights and well-being in challenging situations.
What You Bring:A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.Current registration with Social Care England.Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and family intervention.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Commitment to making a meaningful difference in children's lives.
