Pay: £32,000-£41,000 pro rata
NonStop's client, based in the East Midlands, is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their independent fostering agency on a part time, permanent basis.
This role will focus on finding creative ways to recruit new foster carers and then bringing them through assessment. You would play a key role in supporting the placements team and helping develop the service.

- 25 days leave plus 8 Bank holidays and 2 additional days (pro rata)

- Only hold a small caseload when there is not an assessment assigned
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, assess, and train new foster carers across the East Midlands
- Manage a small caseload of carers when there are no assessments assigned
- Build lasting and positive relationships in order to provide the best outcome for children
Requirements:
- Registration with Social work England (SWE)
- Driver-willingness to travel
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
- 2-3 years post qualified experience
