NonStop's client, based in the East Midlands, is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their independent fostering agency on a part time, permanent basis.

This role will focus on finding creative ways to recruit new foster carers and then bringing them through assessment. You would play a key role in supporting the placements team and helping develop the service.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, assess, and train new foster carers across the East Midlands
  • Manage a small caseload of carers when there are no assessments assigned
  • Build lasting and positive relationships in order to provide the best outcome for children

Requirements:

  • Registration with Social work England (SWE)
  • Driver-willingness to travel
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation
  • 2-3 years post qualified experience
