Provide one-to-one or group support to students with SEN.?? Assist with personal care tasks, including toileting, feeding, and dressing (where required).?? Implement and support Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).?? Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.?? Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to support student progress.?? Monitor and record student achievements, sharing insights with the team.________________________________________What We're Looking For:?? Personal Care Expertise - Previous experience supporting children or young people with personal care is essential.?? Empathy & Patience - Build strong, trusting relationships with students.??
