Are you a proactive and organised professional with experience in customer service or sales administration? Join our Supply Chain team as a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities- Be the primary point of contact for customer queries, building strong relationships.
- Manage customer demand and forecasts, ensuring orders are processed and delivered to timescales requested.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and manage export documentation.
- Optimise transport costs and monitor customer inventory.
- Experience in Sales Administration or similar roles.
- Proficient in CRM systems, forecasting tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach.
