Your new companyYou will work for a Midlands leading Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants based in Leicestershire. They have been operating for over 20 years and work with commercial, residential, and rural properties. Their services include commercial property management, residential lettings, land agency, and planning and development.
Your new roleYou will work as a Graduate Surveyor, working with mainly commercial properties, but some residential too. You will work with senior surveyors, and learn about L+T, rent reviews, valuation, property management and much more!
What you'll need to succeedYou will have a property related degree or equivalent and be keen to work towards your APC, and become a chartered surveyor. You will want to develop your career and skill set in a family like business.
