Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a strong background in managing subcontractors? Our client is looking for a Subcontractor Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Production Manager and Director, this role is crucial in ensuring their projects run smoothly and to the highest standards.

They work across a variety of sectors, including commercial, residential, and public spaces, providing tailored solutions for projects ranging from offices and retail spaces to luxury homes and hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage subcontractors, ensuring quality, compliance, and on-time delivery.
  • Conduct regular visits to subcontractor premises and workshops to monitor performance.
  • Carry out site visits to assess work quality and adherence to deadlines.
  • Address and resolve any performance issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Source and onboard new subcontractors as needed to meet project demands.
  • Control costs and deadlines while ensuring the quality of work is never compromised.
  • Work closely with the workshop team to manage workload, sourcing additional subcontractors when required.
  • Participate in monthly meetings with the Production Director to review progress and performance.
