Job Opportunity: Health and Safety Consultant
Location: Leicestershire (Hybrid - Home-based with UK-wide travel)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + £5,000 car allowance per year
Contract: Full-Time
About the Role:
D7 Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of their fantastic client to find a skilled Health and Safety Consultant with training experience. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with home-based working and travel to various project sites across the UK. You will engage with a wide range of industries, providing expert health and safety advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert health and safety guidance across multiple sectors
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with management systems and ISOs
- Deliver tailored health and safety training to a range of stakeholders
- Manage client relationships, schedules, and on-site visits
- Operate effectively at all levels, from workforce to boardroom
Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Health and Safety role
- Knowledge of management systems, including auditing
- Experience providing training
- Strong people skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
- A pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with ISO standards
- Auditor experience
