FLT Counterbalance Warehouse Operator

Accept Recruitment is looking for Warehouse Operators (Counterbalance FLT) to join a reputable company in Rothley (LE7).

Key Responsibilities:

• Move finished goods from production lines to designated warehouse areas
• Keep palletizers and conveyors clear to prevent stoppages
• Identify and report product damage or quality concerns
• Operate FLT safely while maintaining productivity and quality standards
• Perform daily equipment checks and report faults
• Complete required documentation accurately
• Work closely with shift and day teams
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT license
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Rate: 12.21 per hour + 25% shift allowance
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 6:00-18:00 / 18:00-6:00
