Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Robot Welder to join their team. As a Robot Welder, you will be responsible for setting up and operating robotic welding equipment to fabricate metal parts and products according to precise specifications. You will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and quality of our welded products.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, and operate robotic welding equipment to perform various types of welds on metal components
  • Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and weld symbols to determine the correct welding process
  • Monitor the welding process and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Inspect welded parts for defects and measure accurate dimensions using precision instruments
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards while performing welding operations
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Robot Welder or similar role
  • Proficiency in operating robotic welding equipment and CNC systems
  • Strong understanding of welding techniques, metallurgy, and blueprint reading
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to welding operations
