Job Title: Welder/Fabricator (MIG & TIG)

Pay Rate: 15.00 - 18.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week + Overtime (Paid at time and a half)

Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and experienced TIG and MIG Welders to join our team in Leicester. This role is ideal for individuals with strong welding expertise and fabrication experience. A valid driving license is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG and MIG welding to a high standard on various materials.
- Assist with fabrication tasks as required.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance of welding and fabrication equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in TIG and MIG welding.
- Fabrication experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- A valid UK driving license.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work overtime when required.
