  • A well-established Accountancy Practice in Leigh-on-Sea is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growing team.
  • The role involves preparing year-end statutory accounts, management accounts, and handling HMRC and Companies House queries.
  • Candidates must have at least 3-4 years of experience in an Accountancy Practice and ideally be ACA/ACCA/QBE qualified.
  • Experience with CCH software is also required for this position.

A well-established Accountancy Practice based in the Leigh-on-Sea area, who are currently looking for a Senior Accountant to join their growing team.

Please see below the responsibilities for this position:

  • Yearend statutory accounts and tax services to SME businesses
  • Producing management accounts
  • Posting journals and dealing with HMRC and Companies House Queries on the clients’ behalf.
  • Preparing double entry bookkeeping to trial balance, completing VAT returns as you will be overseeing the bookkeepers and payrollers.

Requirements for this position below:

  • Must have at least 3-4 years of experience within an Accountancy Practice
  • Ideally ACA/ACCA/QBE Qualified
  • Must have experience using CCH
