Sales Progressor - Estate Agency

An award-winning estate agency based in Leigh-on-Sea is seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join their successful and growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly regarded local agency known for its high standards and commitment to exceptional service. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring property sales progress efficiently and smoothly from offer to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of agreed sales from offer stage through to exchange and completion
  • Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, buyers, and sellers
  • Provide regular updates and clear communication to all parties involved
  • Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the sales process
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure consistency and efficiency throughout the transaction
  • Deliver a high level of customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in estate agency or conveyancing is essential
  • Strong knowledge of the sales process from offer to completion
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems proactively
  • A professional, friendly manner with a focus on client care
  • A team player who can also work independently and manage their own workload

The Package
