We are seeking a Protection Advisor to join our client's growing and successful team in the Southend area. This role offers excellent earning potential with unlimited leads and provides the opportunity to write 15 - 20 cases per monthÂ
The successful Protection Advisor will be offered:
- Basic Salary - £25,000 - £30,000
- OTE - £60,000 - £90,000
- Bespoke commission structure
- Full admin support and leadsÂ
Protection Advisor requirements:
- CeMap or Equivalent qualifications
- Experience in a Protection adviser position
- CAS Status
- Able to build and forge strong relationships.
- Strong communication skills..
- Provide exceptional client service.
- Strong negotiation and influencing.
- Organised and effective time management.
Protection Advisor duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Writing Protection Business
- Provide the highest level of customer care at all times
- Convert booked appointments into business
- Contact customers for missed opportunities
- Maintain proactive ongoing customer contact
- Adhere to sales structure, advice quality and compliance guidance at all times
- Achieve sales targets each month
