Office Administrator (Part-Time, 2 Days Per Week)

We are a well-established foot health business providing domiciliary services to individuals in their homes as well as to organisations. We are currently seeking a part-time Office Administrator to join our team for two days per week. There is some flexibility in the choice of days.

Role Overview

The Office Administrator will play a key role in the smooth running of our operations, providing essential administrative support and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative tasks to support the day-to-day running of the business
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person at our reception area
  • Booking and managing appointments for our field staff
  • Assisting with PA duties for the Managing Director
  • Using booking systems, MS Word, and email platforms efficiently

  • Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills
  • A confident and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
