We are a well-established foot health business providing domiciliary services to individuals in their homes as well as to organisations. We are currently seeking a part-time Office Administrator to join our team for two days per week. There is some flexibility in the choice of days.
Role OverviewThe Office Administrator will play a key role in the smooth running of our operations, providing essential administrative support and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative tasks to support the day-to-day running of the business
- Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person at our reception area
- Booking and managing appointments for our field staff
- Assisting with PA duties for the Managing Director
- Using booking systems, MS Word, and email platforms efficiently
The ideal candidate will be:
- Proficient in computer systems, booking software, MS Word, and email communication
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills
- A confident and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Capable of handling the varied challenges that come with office administration
- Professional, adaptable, and able to work independently when required
