Day to Day:

We are recruiting for a Social Housing Maintenance Contractor who have an opportunity for you to join them as their Commercial Director.

Requirements

• Experience of managing a Commercial Team within a contractor setting
• Ideally delivering social housing repairs and maintenance contracts
• Develop strategy, continuously building on client relationships.
• Day to day management of contract financials and teams.
• Willing to travel across various offices in the Southwest.
