This very successful company is expanding and looking for someone to join their Data Admin team. If you have a stable background in administration and an excellent eye for details, this could be the role for you. There is a starting salary of £24,000 (rising to £25,000 after successful 6 month probation) and benefits including free parking, annual bonus, pension scheme, childcare vouchers and holidays that increase to 24 days plus bank holidays over time (including your birthday as an extra day off!). What will you be doing as a Data Administrator?Working as part of a small team you will be adding new or updating existing data already held within the companys systems. Duties will include:

  • Collecting cost pricing from suppliers for items selected to feature in the companys product range
  • Calculating sell pricing for items selected for the range
  • Updating and maintaining within the in-house databases, websites and portals including pricing information
  • Sourcing and migrating data from different sources
  • Collecting, formatting and saving data
  • Summarising and explaining gathered data
  • Adding data to multiple customer spreadsheets and databases
  • Occasionally liaising with customers

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in an administration role with a stable career hisotory
  • Excellent data inputting skills
  • Accuracy and an excellent eye for detail is essential
  • Comfortable using Excel with the ability to create formulas
  • The ability to carry out more advanced skills in Excel such as pivot tables would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Team player with good sense of humour
  • Quick learner
