Our client based in Leigh is seeking a dedicated multi skilled Sales Executive & Administrator to join their dynamic sales team to run the new sales division internally.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for dealing with incoming sales questions, quoting customers, and processing orders.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
•Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
•Become an expert in the product range.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
•Monitor sales performance and track key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
•Support the external sales team to help launch the new range.
•Proven experience as a Sales Executive/Accunt Manager/Sales Admin
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
•Knowledge of sales processes and best practices.
•Excellent customer service skills.
