At the ASC School they are committed to providing a nurturing and positive learning environment for children with ASC, ensuring they have the opportunity to succeed both academically and socially. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our students overcome challenges, providing one-to-one support and assisting in classroom activities.

Key Responsibilities:* Support students with Autism Spectrum Condition in both individual and group settings* Assist with lesson delivery and classroom management* Provide personal care when required* Work closely with teachers and other professionals to create tailored learning plans* Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all students* Monitor and track student progress, reporting to relevant staff

What We're Looking For:* Previous experience working with children with ASC (desirable but not essential)* A passion for supporting children in their personal and academic development* Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills* The ability to work effectively as part of a team* A proactive and positive attitude
