The Role:
- Deal with a high volume of emails, where you liaise with the customers, internal and external contacts
- Take telephone queries from customers and internal or external printers.
- Process amendments to orders, send purchase orders to the relevant printer and communicate with customer’s regarding the update to their order.
- Process sample requests.
- Deal with any customer or printer queries via either email or phone.
- Managing any orders for overseas delivery
- Working with our bespoke internal systems to meet relevant job KPI’s
About You:
- Must have excellent IT and administrative skills.
- Good at multitasking and can deal with a number of things at the same time.
- Good telephone manner
- Must have the ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritising workload to meet deadlines
- Well organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team and to be proactive in work
- Good written/ numerical and communication skills
