The Role:

  • Deal with a high volume of emails, where you liaise with the customers, internal and external contacts
  • Take telephone queries from customers and internal or external printers.
  • Process amendments to orders, send purchase orders to the relevant printer and communicate with customer’s regarding the update to their order.
  • Process sample requests.
  • Deal with any customer or printer queries via either email or phone.
  • Managing any orders for overseas delivery
  • Working with our bespoke internal systems to meet relevant job KPI’s

About You:

  • Must have excellent IT and administrative skills.
  • Good at multitasking and can deal with a number of things at the same time.
  • Good telephone manner
  • Must have the ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritising workload to meet deadlines
  • Well organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team and to be proactive in work
  • Good written/ numerical and communication skills
